Mindset is the common denominator to be successful! We know that with the right mindset, you can do anything you set your mind to.

HIDEF created The Mindset Program to help get people to analyze, adjust, and practice a positive and healthy mindset. This program can be done over 7-10 days (or even longer). You will focus on seeing where your current mindset is, set goals, account for your time, eliminate negativity, add positivity, and create a routine. We encourage you to try this now and to keep coming back to this throughout your life because you will gain more clarity in your life. It will be challenging and at times frustrating. We promise, the clarity this will bring will be worth it in the end. We wish you the best of luck with this endeavor!

NEXT… complete the following work before you start tracking your mindset for 7 days of!

  • Let’s set some goals and find your why. The WHY is the purpose, cause, or belief that drives every one of us. Your why is the reason you wake up to go to work every day. It is the reason you are able to do what you do on a daily basis. Once we know our why we can set goals to accomplish our why and make sure we are staying on track.

  • How do you spend your time? Let’s take account of how you use your time. Use the time sheet to see where your time is spent. Once you see where you time is spent you can prioritize your time to reach your goals and do things that make you happy while you accomplish your goals and spend time doing your why.

  • Now let’s switch negative thoughts with positive thoughts. Negativity is much more powerful and influential when compared to positivity or neutral messaging, especially when negative messages are said out loud. This has been proven time after time in research. What this means is that even if you have negative rhetoric going in your mind you must at all costs avoid saying these things aloud. Let’s switch your thoughts and what you say to positives.

  • Let’s create a routine! This can be a morning routine, evening routine, or some other routine that makes sense for you. You should place this routine in a part of your day that you are most likely to succeed. This doesn’t have to be a huge piece of time. Just enough to keep you going in the right direction. Disclaimer: Routines can be tough to keep. They are not for everyone and may not be for you at this point in your life. You can revisit the routine section at any point if you are unable to do it at this time.

  • Track 7 days of your life. Now that you have done the work above. It’s time to take it all into account and track 7 days of your life on this sheet. You will get to track your daily mindset, your goals, your schedule, what you are grateful for, and more! We are so excited for you! Enjoy!
