Sweet Potato Pancakes (GF/DF)
These delicious and nutritious Sweet Potato Pancakes are made with quality and good for you ingredients. What an amazing way to start the day!
Makes: 4 small pancakes
Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 5 mins
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp sweet potato
2 tbsp cassava flour
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp honey
Optional: 1/2 scoop Ancient Nutrition Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat a medium sized skillet to medium heat, and spray with oil.
In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients.
Using 1/4 cup, make 4 small pancakes in the heated pan. Cook until bottom appears cooked, about 2 mins, flip and cook another 2 mins. Remove and top with desired toppings!!
