  • 10 squat to press

  • 25 bench press

  • 25 leg raises

  • 90 sec wall sit

  • 25 Arnold press

  • 25 1 arm rows fast

  • 30 flutters

  • 20 weighted sit ups

  • 90 sec plank

  • 20 fast burpees (no push up)

  • 10 squat to bicep curl

  • 10 lunge to tricep push back

  • 10 renegade rows

COOLDOWN - 3 to 5 mins your choice
