  • 12 Squats

  • 25 High Knees

  • 12 Lunges - Left Leg

  • 25 Jumping Jacks

  • 12 Lunges - Right Leg

  • 25 High Knees

  • 12 Plié Squats

  • 25 Jumping Jacks

  • 12 Push Ups: 6 regular and 6 diamond

  • 25 High Knees

  • 16 Plank Rows

  • 25 Jumping Jacks

Finish up with abs - repeat 2 times:

  • 50 Bicycle Crunches

  • 25 Russian Twists

  • 25 V-ups

  • 25 Leg Lifts

Cool down & stretch!!
