Join us and Dawn from Dakini Healing & Yoga for a Guided Trail Walk and Positivity Meditation at Meadowdale Beach.
THE DETAILS
Meet at 11am for intros and stretching. We will start walking at 11:15am!
There will be times to stop, take a break, and grab a drink of water. We will encourage you to go at your own pace and listen to your body!
Bring a water bottle, a snack if you would like, sturdy shoes, and dress for the weather!
We will walk 1 & 1/4 mile down the trail to the beach
We will do a Positive Energy Meditation at the beach before we head back up the trail
We will walk 1 & 1/4 mile up the trail
We will end with smiles on our faces, stretching, and air high fives!
This is a free community event to bring us all together for positive vibes and movement in a healthy & safe way! We can’t wait to see you!
