Blender Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (GF/DF)

Simply toss all the ingredients into the blender, pour into a baking pan, bake, and WA LA, scrumpdidleeumptious Banana Bread! Yum!

Makes: 1 loaf

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 55-60 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 very ripe bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 3 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

  • Desired amount of chocolate chips for topping

  • Optional: 2 scoops Ancient Nutrition Collagen

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease or line a loaf tin with parchment paper.

  2. Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until well combined.

  3. Pour batter into loaf tin and bake for 55-60 minutes (until the center of the loaf is cooked through.)
