Blender Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (GF/DF)
Simply toss all the ingredients into the blender, pour into a baking pan, bake, and WA LA, scrumpdidleeumptious Banana Bread! Yum!
Makes: 1 loaf
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 55-60 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
3 very ripe bananas
3 eggs
2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
Desired amount of chocolate chips for topping
Optional: 2 scoops Ancient Nutrition Collagen
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease or line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until well combined.
Pour batter into loaf tin and bake for 55-60 minutes (until the center of the loaf is cooked through.)
