WARMUP - 3 to 5 mins your choice

Circuit 1 - Repeat 2 times

  • 40 High Knees

  • 30 Speed Skaters

  • 20 Squats

  • 10 Up/Down Planks (survivor)

  • Rest 30 Seconds

Circuit 2 - Repeat 2 times

  • 40 Jumping Jacks

  • 30 Reverse Lunges

  • 20 Bicycle Crunch

  • 10 Pushup Release

  • Rest 30 Seconds

Circuit 3 - Repeat 2 times

  • 40 Russian Twists

  • 30 Squat Jacks

  • 20 Pulsing Squats

  • 10 Starfish (each leg)

  • Rest 30 Seconds

Circuit 4 - Repeat 2 times

  • 40 Mountain Climbers

  • 30 Curtsy Lunges

  • 20 Renegade Row (Plank Row)

  • 10 Burpees

  • Rest 30 Seconds
