  • 12 Ski Squats

  • 12 Front to Lateral Raise

Before starting next circuit complete 2 sets of: 40 mountain climbers + 20 toe touches

CIRCUIT 2 - Repeat 4 Times

  • 12 Dumbbell Tricep Kickback

  • 12 Dumbbell Bicep Curl

  • 12 Dumbbell Tricep Extension

  • 12 Squat to Press

Before starting next circuit complete 2 sets of: 20 alternating plank toe touches + 30 bicycle crunch

CIRCUIT 3 - Repeat 4 Times

  • 12 Dumbbell Chest Press

  • 12 Power Floor Fly

  • 12 Punch Punch Fly

  • 6 Weighted Burpees

IF TIME FINISH WITH THIS - Repeat 4 Times

  • 12 Sit up Press
