  • Wall Sit Press 16

CIRCUIT 2 - Repeat 3 Times

  • Dumbbell squat to front raise 16

  • Dumbbell renegade row 16

  • Dumbbell reverse lunge to curl 16 (each leg)

  • Dumbbell Bench Press Leg Raise 16

CIRCUIT 3 - Repeat 3 Times
