Intention Setting, Manifesting, & Living Our Dream Life!

With the year coming to an end and the NEW YEAR right around the corner you might feel like setting new goals, aspirations, and changing your daily habits. While this is a very positive thing to do, we need to make sure that we have REALISTIC expectations that will set us up for success!

Here at AC we like to put an emphasis on intention setting, manifesting, and living our dream life! We believe in setting weekly, monthly, yearly, and life long goals. Setting a foundation of intention and purpose to those goals will make them more attainable, without having them be overwhelming!

INTENTION SETTING

Intention means: “a thing intended; an aim or plan.”

The difference of intention setting and goal setting is that with goal setting you might set a specific goal like “for the next three months I will go to the gym four days a week”. When you set an intention, it might sound more like “for the next three months I will focus on my health by incorporating more physical activity”. See the difference there? When setting an intention, make sure you write the intention down and it is clear and you understand WHY you are doing it. Make sure it is DOABLE.

Make sure you take time everyday to REFLECT on the intention and remind yourself WHY and HOW this intention will change your life!

Intention setting gives you an intent to make a plan. Now that you have your intention, you can create little goals to help keep that intention attainable. If your intent for the next three months is to be more physically fit, then maybe we start with a weekly goal of going to the gym twice and one long walk outside. Not only is that a goal that you can achieve, it is a goal that you can grow upon! Those attainable goals over the long run will help change your lifestyle habits and make it easier for you to incorporate larger goals like “this week I WILL go to the gym four days!”

MANIFESTING

Manifest means: “clear or obvious to the eye or mind.”

This is the year of manifesting our dream life! The first step to manifesting is thinking of something you really want. The next step is to visualize what that specific thing will look like to you. Imagine it EXACTLY how you would want it to present itself to you, as if you already have it! Don’t forget to ask the UNIVERSE for it! The next thing you can do is write down or say positive affirmations in the present tense. For example you can say “I live in my dream house and this is what it looks like”, or “I work for/own my dream company.”

Say positive affirmations

Surround yourself with like minded people

Living our dream life

Once you start incorporating INTENTION SETTING and MANIFESTING into your daily life, you will start to notice your life changing! For the better, obviously ;)

Setting intentions and manifesting changes your life and your mindset! You will be consciously working towards your goals in a way that is realistic and attainable. These achievements will be changing your daily lifestyle in a way that pushes you towards the things you want most in life!

Join AC and AC Coach Dawn from Dakini Healing & Yoga for an incredible Vision Board Event! In this workshop, we will lay the foundation for our dreams and intentions to come true. We will start with some helpful insights and tools so we can become master manifestors. Then we will ground with an activated meditation and a mantra/affirmation to raise our frequency to support our vision and assist us in attracting what we want into our lives. We will also receive a Sound Bath so that we are a vibrational match for our dreams. Next, we will cleanse and charge our vision boards so they are high frequency magnets for our deepest desires. And then, we will let the creativity flow!
