HIIT CLASS WRITTEN GUIDE

WARMUP - 3 to 5 minutes of your choice

CIRCUIT 1 - Repeat 4 Times

  • 20 Kettlebell Swings

  • 10 Weighted Burpees

  • 20 Thrusters

  • 20 Plank Shoulder Taps

CIRCUIT 2 - Repeat 4 Times

  • 1 arm Kettlebell Reverse Lunge 10 Each Leg

  • 20 Plank Pull Throughs

  • Wood Chop 10 Each Side

  • 20 Ab Toe Touches

CIRCUIT 3 - Repeat 4 Times

  • 20 Seated Shoulder Press Alternating

  • 20 Prisoner Squats

  • 20 Right Jabs

  • 20 Left Jabs

COOLDOWN - 3 to 5 minutes of your choice
