HIIT CLASS WRITTEN GUIDE

WARMUP - 3 to 5 minutes of your choice

CIRCUIT 1 - Complete the following in 6 Minutes:

  • 50 Goblet Squats

  • AMRAP Burpees (*AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible)

REST 2 MINUTES

CIRCUIT 2 - Complete the following in 6 Minutes:

  • 50 Sit-Ups (add Russian twist if desired)

  • AMRAP Kettlebell Swings (*AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible)

REST 2 MINUTES

CIRCUIT 3 - Complete the following in 6 Minutes:

  • 50 Reverse Alternating Goblet Lunges

  • AMRAP Squat Jumps (*AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible)

REST 2 MINUTES

CIRCUIT 4 - Complete the following in 6 Minutes:

  • 50 Single-Arm Clean to Press (25 per arm)

  • AMRAP Plank Row (*AMRAP = As Many Reps As Possible)

COOLDOWN - 3 to 5 minutes of your choice
