HIIT CLASS WRITTEN GUIDE

WARMUP - 3 to 5 minutes of your choice

CIRCUIT 1 - Repeat 3 Times

  • Dumbbell thruster 12

CIRCUIT 2 - Repeat 3 Times

  • Jump squat 12

  • Deadlift with front row 12

CIRCUIT 3 - Repeat 3 Times

  • Plank jack 36

  • Alternating reverse lunge with bicep curl press 12 ea leg

  • (Can do alternating Jump Lunges 36)

CIRCUIT 4 - Repeat 3 Times

  • Dumbbell sumo squat 12

CIRCUIT 5 - Repeat 3 Times

  • Burpee 12

  • Seated Russian twist 36

CIRCUIT 6 - Repeat 3 Times

  • Squat jack 36

  • Plank with dumbbell row 12

  • (Can do underhand side plank 12 each side if shoulders tired)

CIRCUIT 7 - Repeat 3 Times 

  • High knees 36

  • Bicep curl and overhead press 12

  • (Can do sphinx push ups; can be done on knees if arms are toast)

COOLDOWN - 3 to 5 minutes of your choice
