Front jabs (25 reps)
Jab/cross (25reps/side) Jab/cross/hook (25 reps/side)
Jab/cross/hook/uppercut (25 reps/side)
CIRCUIT 2 :
High-low punches (25 reps each side)
Jab/cross switch (25reps)
Hook/uppercut switch (25 reps)
Knee kick (25 reps)
Ball kick (30 reps/side)
CIRCUIT 3 :
Side kick (30 reps/side)
Back kick (25 reps/side)
Three direction kick (72 reps)
CIRCUIT 4 :
High punch (30 reps)
Jabs (30 reps)
Outward punch (30 reps)
Downward punch (30 reps)
CIRCUIT 5 :
Knee/back kick (15 reps/side)
Punch Punch fly (10 reps)
