HIIT CLASS WRITTEN GUIDE

WARMUP - 3 to 5 minutes of your choice

CIRCUIT 1 :

  • Front jabs (25 reps)

  • Jab/cross (25reps/side) Jab/cross/hook (25 reps/side)

  • Jab/cross/hook/uppercut (25 reps/side)

CIRCUIT 2 :

  • High-low punches (25 reps each side)

  • Jab/cross switch (25reps)

  • Hook/uppercut switch (25 reps)

  • Knee kick (25 reps)

  • Ball kick (30 reps/side)

CIRCUIT 3 :

  • Side kick (30 reps/side)

  • Back kick (25 reps/side)

  • Three direction kick (72 reps)

CIRCUIT 4 :

  • High punch (30 reps)

  • Jabs (30 reps)

  • Outward punch (30 reps)

  • Downward punch (30 reps)

CIRCUIT 5 :

  • Knee/back kick (15 reps/side)

  • Punch Punch fly (10 reps)

**REPEAT 3 TIMES **

COOLDOWN - 3 to 5 minutes of your choice
