Fruit Parfait With Granola (GF)

These delicious and nutritious Fruit Parfaits are made with quality and good for you ingredients. What an amazing way to start the day, have for an afternoon snack, or even enjoy for a dessert!

Makes: 10-12 servings (1/4 cup per serving)

Prep & Cook Time: 20 mins

INGREDIENTS:

  • Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt)

  • Fresh berries or fruit

  • Homemade granola

  • 2 cups oats

  • ½ cup walnuts

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp fennel seed

  • 2 tblsp maple syrup

  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut

  • 2 tblsp melted coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl then spread onto a parchment lined cookie tray.

  3. Bake for about 20 min or until golden brown.

  4. Let cool on counter.

Assemble The Parfait

  1. Start by placing a few berries at the bottom of the bowl

  2. Then sprinkle granola on top

  3. Then add a layer of yogurt

  4. Repeat the layers until the top of the cup is full.

  5. Garnish with some fresh berries on top and fresh coconut flakes.
